# 500 Error on Iraq CPIMS+

Version 1.7.30 Iraq CPIMS+ Production 500 error for the user (sci-cw-fahima) on the case list view. And unable to open SCI-AB5E5C1, SCI-26AEB9F, SCI-82AA7D1, SCI-70E9B0D

The issue was resolved within a few hours by the development team. The cases had corrupted photos uploaded to the documents. Corrupt photos or documents may occur from the device itself which took the photo, or sometimes due to poor network during the upload.
