# Primero Community site - Account authorization errors when trying to reset my Community user password, and then create new account

I had a really hard time logging into this Primero Community today ([community.openfn.org](http://community.openfn.org)). First, I was unable to successfully reset my user password, and then errors were thrown when I registered a new account with a different email account (even though the registration was successful).

I documented my experience and errors in this doc. Feel free to get in touch if I can help troubleshoot.
