# Red Circle (alert) on a Form

We see an alert (red circle) on one of our forms when it has not been completed. What is this and how can we remove it?

The red circle alert appears on forms if there is a mandatory field which has not been filled out.

If the field is filled, then the red circle alert will no longer appear.
