# Request to customize Assessment status form

- Approved by Manager – the CHECKED - yes doesn’t show
- After approving the YES does not get checked and also the approval status from the manager are not visible
- The approval status also is not showing if pending or approved and even the orange dot is not visible

Hi Jan, Thank you for your response!  
I tried both for Admin, and Managers even for Case workers but, the system doesn’t showing up whether the Assessment status is Pending, Approved or Reject.

Hi Niway, thanks for raising this! This seems to have broken in the latest release. I have raised it to the developers to fix in the next release and will be fixed quickly. I will respond once it’s fixed!
